Don Faye

As a principal of Presidio Residential Capital, Don Faye and Paul Lucatuorto have assembled an experienced group of real estate professionals who provide the necessary underwriting, entitlement processing, asset management and monthly capital management needs for the company’s projects. A residential real estate and financial expert with over 30 years of experience, Don brings extensive expertise in real estate operations encompassing project feasibility, risk management, partnership negotiations, project finance, asset management and strategic corporate planning. During the past 15 years at Presidio, the company has acquired more than 15,000 lots in various stages of completion throughout the western United States. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, an MBA and a law degree.

Paul Lucatuorto

Paul Lucatuorto is an institutional land investment expert with 35 years of experience. Prior to coming to Presidio, Paul was a principal and member of the board of managers for Irvine-based TriPacific Capital Advisors. Before that he was vice president of Prudential Real Estate Investors, an advisor to the California Public Employees’ Retirement System, the nation’s largest public pension fund. He started his career in Real Estate with Home Federal Savings & Loan. Paul earned a degree in business administration from San Diego State University.

Ceci Doty

Ceci Doty handles all the various aspects associated with obtaining and monitoring debt with our builder partners. She has over 30 years of experience with all aspects of debt and equity for various real estate markets. Prior to Presidio, Ceci was CFO for The Corky McMillin Companies, specializing in land development, residential homebuilding and commercial development. Previously, she managed the California region for residential construction loan originations (over $500 million annually) for RBC, Canada’s largest bank. Ceci spent 20 years of her career with various institutional lenders in the California real estate market, before moving on to the development side of the business in 2005. She obtained an MBA in real estate finance from the Haas School at UC Berkeley, and an undergraduate degree in biology from UC Los Angeles.

Susan Bunn

Susan Bunn is responsible for overseeing Presidio’s corporate administrative activities. Prior to joining Presidio, Susan spent over 20 years in materials management, purchasing and inventory control. She spent the last 15 years as a senior buyer for OneSource Distributors, an operating company of Sonepar USA/Group, a global leader in electrical material distribution. Her position involved providing distribution, substation and transmission material to major California utilities Pacific Gas & Electric and San Diego Gas & Electric. She also spent eight years as the manager of corporate administration for Home Capital Corporation, the real estate development division of Home Federal Savings & Loan. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaii.

Regina Franco

Regina Franco handles accounting, cash management and financial reporting for Presidio. She has over 20 years of experience managing accounting departments for, among others, real estate investments funds, real estate development and private equity firms. Franco owned a consulting business helping companies develop their accounting departments with financial reporting, hiring staff and developing policies and procedures. Franco began her career performing audit and tax returns for public companies, government agencies and small businesses. Franco earned a degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, San Bernardino.

Janine Frei

Janine Frei is a closing coordinator for Presidio. A professionally designated Certified Senior Escrow Officer through the California Escrow Association, Janine has worked as an escrow officer for independent escrow companies, banks and title companies, including First American Title. She has more than 25 years of experience in the escrow industry, with knowledge in processing homebuilder, commercial, residential, refinance, exchange and holding escrows. Janine continues her education and training as an active member of the San Diego County Escrow Association.

Nicole Lucatuorto

Nicole Lucatuorto is a Financial Project Coordinator for Presidio. Her primary responsibilities involve producing Presidio’s monthly Construction, Sales, and Closings reports. She also assists Presidio’s Asset Management team to track closing proceeds as well as tracks partner’s insurance status on all projects. Before joining Presidio, Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from The University of Arizona.

Kent MacDiarmid

Kent MacDiarmid, an asset manager with Presidio for 10 years, has 30 years of experience managing, planning and developing communities in the Sacramento area. As principal and president of The MacDiarmid Company, a consulting firm for real estate development that he founded in 1993, he has played a key role in planning and developing some of the region’s largest communities, including Placer Vineyards in Placer County and Folsom Ranch in the City of Folsom. Prior to that he was vice president of community development for Coker-Ewing Company in Roseville, Calif., where he was responsible for all aspects of land development including acquisition, project management, entitlements, planning, engineering and infrastructure construction. Kent received a degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.

Linda Prosi

Linda Prosi is a veteran real estate professional with deep experience in land acquisitions, due diligence and portfolio administration. Her responsibilities include legal entity formation and dissolution, review and tracking of project loans and legal matters, and insurance requirement compliance for Presidio. She has served as vice president of acquisition services for Newland Real Estate Group, controller for Design Line Interiors, special projects manager for Cornerstone Communities and vice president of loan administration for Pacific First Bank. Linda has coordinated due diligence, approval and closing of more than 90 land acquisitions totaling over $1 billion in commitments and supervised administration of a $700 million multi-state real estate loan portfolio. A former member of the board of directors for HomeAid, Linda earned a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and history from San Diego State University.
