Legacy Collection

Located within San Luis Ranch, the first farm-to-table community on California’s Central Coast, Legacy Collection’s 15 acre community will showcase 198 new single-family detached homes on 3,200 square foot lots. Homes incorporating green technology will offer seven floor plans featuring Craftsman and Farmhouse architecture and two to four bedrooms (some with additional housing units) ranging from 1,340 to 2,583 square feet.
