A residential real estate and financial expert with over 30 years of experience, Don brings extensive expertise in real estate operations encompassing project feasibility, risk management, partnership negotiations, project finance, asset management and strategic corporate planning. During the past 15 years at Presidio, the company has acquired more than 15,000 lots in various stages of completion throughout the western United States. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, an MBA and a law degree.
