Greystone will offer 187 garden homes in three single-level plans ranging from 1,297 to 1,597 square feet on lots ranging from 1,658 to 3,205 square feet on lots ranging in size from 6,802 to 8,200 square feet with some premium lots over 10,000 square feet. The new community is located across the street from the new Ridgeview Middle School and less than four miles from downtown.
