San Rio

San Rio will offer 150 single-family detached homes with three to four bedrooms ranging from 1,443 to 2,100 square feet. Five unique floorplans will include tile flooring, granite countertops, convenient indoor laundry rooms, covered front porches and two-and three-car attached garages. San Rio homes are built on 6,800 square foot lots on average with some greater than 10,000 square feet.
