Perry Row at Sloans

Perry Row at Sloans is a two-acre neighborhood within the Sloans neighborhood redevelopment in west Denver featuring 64 two- and three-story, two-and three-bedroom townhomes with rooftop decks. The neighborhood offers easy access to Sloan’s Lake Park and Union Station. The project is being built to LEED for Neighborhood Development standards and incorporates many green-building principles.
