Finch Ranch

Finch Ranch is a new master-planned community in the historical town of Piru, CA. This neighborhood will consist of 62 single-family homes, 22 attached duplexes and triplexes and 85 detached condominiums. Homes will range from 1,300 -2,380 square feet over the four different product lines. Residents will enjoy a small town feel, but will have access to all conveniences, amenities and entertainment of a big city nearby.
