Veranda at River Park

River Park is a new community of 95 single-family homes in Oxnard, California, just five miles from the beach and adjacent to the Santa Clara River. It is among the last neighborhoods to complete the 700-acre master-planned River Park, which features 14 parks and open space that covers more than one-third of the community. Veranda is in walking distance of The Collection, a 600,000-square-foot open-air retail and entertainment center in the heart of River Park.
