LakePointe

LakePointe is a large neighborhood consisting of 210 acres with 1500 homes and up to 850,000 square feet of commercial, located in the City of Covington, in southeast King County. The community offers small and large attached townhomes, single-family detached homes, and condominiums. The site includes 70 acres of parks and open space, a 20-acre lake, and 22 acres of master infrastructure including roads and other services.
